Former Healthcare Workforce Development Program volunteer Tomas Guerra achieved his dream of becoming a Doctor of Physical Therapy through persistence, mentorship and positive experiences at Adventist Health White Memorial.

David Licea was climbing the corporate ladder but felt increasingly disillusioned with his career path. Everything changed when an inspiring sermon about the impact of helping others led him to start volunteering with the Healthcare Workforce Development Program.
