The Community Resource Center (CRC) is your one-stop hub for wellness, resources, and connection, including our ¡Vive Bien! Wellness Program.

We offer free programs, health insurance enrollment assistance, and social support to help individuals and families live their healthiest, happiest lives — all right here in Boyle Heights and surrounding communities.

Whether you’re looking to join a fitness class, learn about good nutrition, get assistance with health insurance enrollment navigation, or connect with local resources, the CRC was created for you.

We offer free programs for all ages, with a special focus on older adults and families in need.

Wellness Programs

Stay active, connected, and healthy with group exercise, walking clubs, nutrition workshops, and social activities — all designed to support healthy aging.

Our specialists provide one-on-one support with Covered California, Medicare, and Medi-Cal enrollment, so you can get the care you need without the stress.

Prema Food Pantry is available to anyone facing food insecurity.
