Community and Compassion at the Heart of Associate Giving 我们是希望

我们是希望, the annual Adventist Health White Memorial associate giving campaign, brought a season of renewed commitment and community spirit in
2023. It returned to full strength with in-person events, a first since COVID-19. The significance of associates investing back into our mission is incredibly powerful. It bolsters hospital resources and reinforces the collective resolve to serve patients and their families better. It also reflects a commitment beyond day-to-day responsibilities, demonstrating to the community that we are deeply invested in the well-being and health of those we serve.

The campaign soared past its giving goal, shattering the target with 163 associate gifts — a 36% increase in participation from last year and totaling over $100,000 at the end of the year. This remarkable achievement underscores our associates’ deep-seated generosity, with 98 new and 65 returning donors increasing their contributions.

Associate campaign ambassadors infused life into the campaign by sharing their personal stories of why they give, inspiring a wave of generosity among their peers.

The tabling events and unit rounding through the hospital campus were also a highlight, significantly strengthening the philanthropic culture of Adventist Health
White Memorial and even prompting patients to give.
